Most of everything we think about at The Dog & Doublet involves food. We love it, and so does our head chef, Lee, —previously of Tom Kerridge’s, two Michelin starred, The Hand and Flowers.
Our view is that good food comes from a place of passion, culinary knowledge, and is made using fresh ingredients. We promote creativity in our kitchen and strong relationships with our local suppliers. Food provenance is king. Through the seasons our menus adapt too, offering you dishes that suit the weather. Think hearty in the cold mid-winter and casual in the hot midsummer.
